When I was a young model railroader......

Started playing with trains with a Marx set in 1950 and have had Ho and N scale train layouts my entire life. Now that I'm 80 I am building my last one. Its fairly small 14x5 ho layout in my senior apartment. I'm just running trains now, nothing fancy just enjoying watching my trains run. My friends are upset there are no operations but I told them now is the time for fun and running the trains I have left.

I am fortunate to have a 26x52 or so library for those 100's of pound of the magazines/books.
This is the train section. It is spilling over into the Civil War, Paleontology, and Geology shelves. Someday I'll get around to classifying them properly and getting spaces in alignment. The magazines are not "shelved" yet. .... Looking at this picture I had no idea I had two copies of "The Santa Fe Big Three".
I’ll help you out… 385…790.13….973.3….560….551.5
