I dug thru the scrap bin today and came up with a fall arrest structure.
It’s actually two scale feet too low, maybe I’ll just dangle a worker from it and call it done?

I like it! Out of curiosity why do you say it's too low?

We are having a rainy afternoon. I got the trench dug for the elec to the new train shed, am running 8 gauge wire for 40 Amp service out there.

I drilled the hole for the service entrance and cut a rectangle out of the container for an outside receptacle.

I was able to verify that my 4 1/2 inch angle grinder works for cutting the walls of the shipping container. That is good news!

Because a six foot worker standing on a hopper hits his head on the beam! Lol
I measured it several times but neglected the roadbed and rail height, d'oh!
I could just hire a shorter worker I suppose?

Ah! I thought you might answer another way and I use fall protection quite a bit at work and thought I could offer a solution but I can't help here

Adding a lumber yard to my saw mill.

I got all the furring strips glued in place in my new train shed. Also, all the electrical receptacles were attached to the walls.

The rafters, lights, and wiring will be going up this week and then the insulation goes on.
