Nice! Looks like you're making great progress. What's happening? After doing electrical continuity testing in DC mode to make sure track had power in all areas and no short, I finally connected my DCC system I bought last year, a TCS CS-105 system with wifi UWT-100 throttles.

I don't think that they are bad for backdrop buildings. I have worse!Had a bunch of spare parts so I made a couple backdrop buildings. I’m going to mortar the bricks and weather a bit. I’d like opinions on these please. I’m not sure if I like or not.
What size is the layout and radius of your curves? It looks like a lot of set track?I cut a bunch of Atlas piers down to size. Running a pond through here. Pardon my pre-school blue paint. It helps me visualize what I’m planning for.
I agree @Mopac Junkie , love your layout as well!Hello Mopac Junkie ! Is there a thread about your fabulous layout somewhere ? Could you post a track plan ? Thanks.
Most is segmented track yes. This particular bridge is 18” radius. The mainline has 22” radius and some 15” radius in the yard. My layout is 8’x18’.What size is the layout and radius of your curves? It looks like a lot of set track?
guess I’ll have to start a thread thenI agree @Mopac Junkie , love your layout as well!
Looks good to me!!A local awaits its power on an arrival departure track. (I know, I gotta get on backdrops)
