BNSF has tracks here and runs a local in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I know NS runs into Ontario, I got to operate a loco (long hood forward) for about a half mile.
Union Pacific trains can be seen in Southern BC and into Alberta.
As for the Soo it was merged into the CP.

As far as i know Chessie System made it into Canada in the 80´s.I don´t know if D&H or B&M crossed the border. But it is an interesting question and grave in it.

Toronto, Hamilton & Buffalo (TH&B) ran in southern ON until 1987. It had been 80% owned by the New York Central Railroad and had two of that company's J1d 4-6-4 Hudsons at one point.

The DWP (Duluth, Winnipeg, and Pacific) also ran into ON and MB.

There must be others.
