Thanks for that and I might take your words of advice and (when the time comes) spend a little more as you suggest. Very good review thus far though so thanks again.
showed up this morning courtesy of Amazon. I have another set of brushes floating out there that’s supposed to be here Tuesday.

Along with the other set that’s plenty
Looks railroad related to me. Gotta be comfortable shopping for locos and watch train videos and such.
I believe we will allow it. Looks like a seriously comfortable chair.

So far it is, reclines, tilt and height adjustable, I needed a replacement, the old one I have is now my at my work-desk as my "Modelling Chair"

Well I really liked the railbox boxcar that I got earlier this month. So I got couple more boxcars. Bonkers for boxcars I guess...

What's not to like

I need a couple hundred of those. Workin on it.
Shipment of more weathering supplies came this morning. Kind of bummed, I waited to long to commit to the order, and a few of the colors I wanted went out of stock. I found a gaming shop in FL that had really good paint prices. very reasonable shipping, and no sales tax. Will be using them again when they refill stock.
For those in northeast (United States

), there is a huge train show this weekend in Allentown, PA called "Spring thaw".

Purchased this afternoon from MidwestModelRr.com 2 of each of the HO
Then from YankeeDabbler, one of each
I also ordered decal sets to change out the car numbers
I'm buying two boxes of structures, vehicles and details from the now dismantled Logan Valley RR, from fellow forum member Chet (Montanan)
Eventually I will post in the RPO thread, but I already posted some pictures in the Coffee Shop.
I realized that I never got to posting these structures other than in the Coffee Shop; and I know that not all members visit there. But I think that most members here remember
Chet's layout. Here's a few of his structures that will be resurrected on my layout.
The Gateway Market.
The companion Gateway Cafe.
Augie's Ag Supply.
Ed's Market.
Robert's Milling & Cabinets.
These are just a few, I'll post some more after I take better pictures.

Willie- been away for a while. What happened to Chet's layout?
Just got back from Allentown Spring Thaw show, one of the big ones. Got my favorite american steamer-Pennsy "Hippo" of old Penn Line production.
A little beat up, but nicely superdetailed. Was able to ask without a tender since Penn Line as well as later Bowser long distance tenders had the wrong kind of trucks under. Someone else had a tender with proper 4 axle trucks, but by the time i got back there the show was closing. So tomorrow will have to get back there and get the matching tender. The missing valve gear pieces are in separate bag, so will have to put them on eventually.

It's been dismantled because of a move.
I’m buying a new house. It will eventually have a layout.

Awesome news, congrats on the house, and new layout space!

Ordered this material for my new engine house. Will be scratch built, nothing too complicated, however. Roofing material was purchased last year as I was anticipating geting to it sooner...
had to order from "train sets only" online had a problem finding it on other vendors sites where I normally shop.
Details on engine house found on my build thread "Daves Layout V 4.0"

New month, so new train cars. First new tank cars in a while and these are much nicer than those Trainline ones (although they aren't bad either). Got a couple Walthers 16kgal tank cars for corn syrup. These will be used on one of my industries on the layout eventually (soda bottling plant).
