As of Today 11-24-12 it's getting down to the Nitty Gritties. Sold all the track yesterday. Got a few bites on all the trucks, tractors, trailers & equipment.
All the buildings are sold. Still have a few items in the scenery listing's & have a few bites on all of the remaining engines.
Next for me is boxing up everything that I've sold in the last 4 days & get it to the Post Office & UPS.
Need another 4 rolls of packing tape, another roll of Bubble Wrap, some more Priority Flat Rate Boxes(my PO is always out of the long large boxes) & about 6 large Boxes from the UPS store(I hope 6 UPS boxes are enough). Then many trips to these places to ship everything. That's long lines everywhere for shipping because of the Holidays. I enjoy standing in line sometimes. I always see people at the PO I haven't seen for a long time & we always find things to catch up on & that makes the line move faster because people usually don't like to listen to "Long Winded old Farts":D:p;):):rolleyes::cool::eek:
 
Went to the Post Office this morning & shipped 4 boxes & 2 cardboard tubes of track. Thought there was going to be a long line. I was the only one there at 10am.
W/all the stuff I sold today I ain't got much left. Just 1 plastic 5 gal. bucket full of odds & ends & 3 storage boxes full of couplers. I just don't have the WORDs to Thank Everyone for buying all my stuff. I'll be collecting money all the way up to the middle of Jan. That helps to pay for my vacation to NC in May.

Got the last table stripped of plywood today & took them out front. Put a large FS sign on all the steel tables & selling them for $35.00 ea., your choice.
The guy that bought all the plywood is coming for what's left tomorrow.
The rest of all of the track that I took off the layout is going out next week. I'm going to put all of it inside an 8" sch..20 PVC pipe & seal up the ends & that will be the shipper. Have enough to fill up that pipe. Then all of the smaller pcs. will go into a flat rate box.
All of the Structures will be shipped in 2 or 3 large UPS boxes in about 2 or 3 months.
The rest of the engines will be shipped the last week of Dec.
The rest of the pass. cars will be shipped the end of Dec.
The rest of the trucks, tractors & equipment will be shipped the last week of Dec.
Everything is in the process of being paid & I'm getting checks almost every week for all of these items. When it's paid in full, it gets shipped.
Like I said in the previous post there was a 5 gal. bucket full of scenery items, but, today I sold that.
The only items left are the Transformers & they are going on EBay probably the middle of Dec. Was hoping to get them on Ebay this week. Not happening. Shucks.:D:):rolleyes:
