Turtle Field Layout

ModelRailroadForums.com is a free Model Railroad Discussion Forum and photo gallery. We cover all scales and sizes of model railroads. The layout is a 8*6' . The curves are 15". The grade are betwin 2% and 2.5%.

Here is above view : it was for an exibition, the layout was connected to another one built by a friend.

i like your wiring job. can you show mode detail on that? what did you use for the guide channes? what are those little thingies marking the individual wires?
 
A beautiful layout through and through. I particularly like the detail on your benchwork. The understated scenery and quality built structures are also very impressive. So much still to learn...

Jef, I know I saw a how-to/tutorial showing how you made your streetlights, but I cannot find it here. Was it on another site? Also...was wondering how you did your asphalt roads and concrete parking lot? Fantastic work. From the photos, you would think it's a much bigger layout.
