Train Service Depot - anyone used them?

I found a service/repair place that specializes in electrical repair of BLI stuff called Train Service Depot. I do have a BLI loco that needs work. While their services sound good it seems a little expensive, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

Has anyone used them?

I know this post is fairly old but I figure I would give you some information about us. First off, our pricing is just a little bit more than what BLI charges for engines that our out of warranty, except for that price we could upgrade the engine instead of just repairing it. Second, we are the only company other than BLI themselves that are authorized to work on, repair, or upgrade their engines, so nobody else is out there with BlueLine boards, Paragon2 boards and programmers for them.
We have over 20 years of experience in the model railroad industry in engineering and repair.
