Is the tow boat in the cover photo of Walther's Bascule Bridge a Blue Jacket Ship Crafters product, or a different manufacturer?

River Tow Boat looks like it needs some detail work. Is there any other kit producers. The Kibri push boat is of European design (duh) and wouldn't be found in California's delta.

I sorta remember a towboat kit from Lindberg or AMT back in the 1970s. It wasn't great, but was a useable representation of a river towboat.
