I Agree!

I have also seen the effects of such an incident while I was in the Army in S. Korea, while conducting a movement by rail with vehicles and all the trimmings, someone got up on a vehicle that was up on a flatcar in the yard where we were loading... not a good idea.
 
Shouldn't it be in a couple more languages like everything else? Or maybe it is just English speaking that are common sense challenged?

I've seen that on a couple of TV shows. I think they say it happens about 8 times a day so it is a common thing for them.
