hopefully the legal system will do what is right and not award the idiot a dime, and maybe award him some time behind bars for trespassing. also hope that the railroad doesn't do anything to the person on the train. pretty funny.
 


Legal system should award the engineer damages for hurting his foot. After all he was on the train and had the right of way ;)
 
Idiotic person! I was a little child living next to the tracks, busy tracks. Every year of so some fool would challenge one of the trains and hamburger ensued. Us kids never had any trouble. I don't understand a mentality that makes people pick fights with million pound machines.
 
Frankly, the crewman who kicked the idiot in the head may very well have been trying to save him so he could be stupid another day, kicking him away from the equipment. I mean, there IS the whole "damn, that felt good" thing too, I'm sure, but it may not have been the prime motivator :D
