funny thing my park is almost like the one you making! we have trains to well across the street. The City of San Ann let the ball league use the train depot as a meeting room and office. The caboos in back is used as a storage building for the city of san ann UT department.
 


Man, half the parks around here, you're lucky to have a CLEAN port-a-potty!

My park has the cleanest crapers in town, I bleach them down everyday! If we have crappy crapers we get fired!;)
