Hey Sabrina, I'll take about 5 cups of coffee and a bottle of aspirin please. Flo made me some of her great homemade lemonade last night, and boy do I have a hangover! She musta put one more lemon in it than usual! LOL:D :D :D

I'm real disappointed in the way Bama played yesterday. I think they shoulda won but whadda I know. Stan you're right about holding our heads high. This is the best season we've had in years. :)

Iron Bowl next week will be the toughest game all season for us. ESPN called the Bama-Auburn rivalry the most intense in the country! Still wish they held them in B'ham instead of alternating between the schools like now.

Well gotta go and do a couple of melons of the hunneydo type. Gotta blow off the driveway, clean off the deck, etc. I think everytree around the house held a meeting and decided to all drop their leaves in one day. Gonna be fun, NOT!

Hello All, rack em up Sabrina, the drinks are on my tab today,
we went to the Rememberance day service today in Chorley, a great turnout by all the services, they did the vets proud
This is a picture of some of the services represented

Be honest here Steve. You like digging yourself into a hole. Hey it's O.K. I perfectly understand!

I've started to work my way through this Forum and have to say it's quite the site! very good indeed! Sorry but I think I'm here to stay:D

Anyway I'm going to head home now

Later everyone

Fergie

Good Evening from Windy Wisconsin. Flo, Could I get some Hot Chocolate with a dash of this "lemonade" everone is talking about. Better make it a double, The Badgers lost yesterday, The Packers sound like they're about to blow another one. I think I'll take up Model Railroading! Went by the Northwestern yards, and something was going on there(not for the faint hearted), So I snapped a few shots. Posted 'em in the 'Showin off' thread. What'll these guys turn out next?

Anybody get anything hunting?

Johnny

Hi everyone! Flo, I'll have a greasy burger loaded, fries, and a Pepsi. Lemonade? No thanks, I'm driving.
Hope all of you have had a great weekend. I know many of you have to hit it hard at the yards tomorrow, so make it a good one with a smile.

I am about worn slap out...playing recliner football and modeling all weekend, but when I look at Steve's picture, I haven't done anything to be tired about. That is a lot of digging! Good luck, Steve, with the inspectors. (hope they don't want it deeper:( )

Fergie: Your going to stay?? OK, I'm sorry! They do accept all:D . Just kidding. It will be great having you :) . (Don't know about the pink loco though.)

KenL: Bama did very well considering all the hoopla over the last few years and we fans should continue to give them full support. But, you are right that it is hard to know they can do better and don't.

Johnny: Just checked out the newly released "B" units. Another excellent job, but where does the engineer sit?:D

Hello all, Flo a cold glass of water please.
cj - I'm glad somebody got something done today. I have done absolutely nothing ! I watched TV all day, what a waste.
Steve - That looks like work, hope everything passes inspection.
I dread going to work tomorrow. I' ll have to listen to them " Auburn people " all day.
Fergie - Glad you are " here to stay "
KenL - You're right its hard, but the BIG game is coming up Saturday.
Everyone take care.

Stan.

I know I'm like the plague, I linger for a long time. As for the Pink Phantom that's been taken care of as it's no longer as flashy

Willis: what a shame there never was one of these in your backyard! Had her hauling 60 cars up a 5% grade this evening. Never broke a sweat

Hi Fergie, well if you're ever up this way bring it along an we'll try it on a 7.5% grade and see if it pops any rivets :D

Hey Fergie, I think Johnny might like to see that Redneck Christmas Deer Hunting picture you sent to a few of us.

I've got that book somewhere...:D

We went Saturday afternoon. I let LGM hunt, I ended up sitting around watching trains on the CSX all afternoon ;) I've been this route before, huntin ain't crap till after Christmas.;)

Afternoon Everyone. Flo I'm on a diet how about a 1 1/2 pounder w/cheese, bacon, onions and mayo only. Hold the lettuce I'm watching my figure.

Rex: The Hogger rides in the caboose, They had to pour him on the train again. Gonna learn the brakeman how to run! Thanks for the kudoos.

Glad everyone had a good weekend. I don't feel so good, think I'll go and lie down...................Right after that Burger.

Johnny

Hello All,
building inspector came and said, that look like a well dug hole, it will do for me, so concrete's a comin in the morning, i can now sit back a few days.
Fergie 5% grade, sound's good to me, i have a 4.5% grade but i doubt if i could get sixty cars on, the front of the train would be chasing it's own tail

Steve - that's great news, just be sure to climb out before they pour!:p :D

Well all got home from work today with a slap in the face you might say the area I goto to visit my mother was all over fox news as thats where the 2 teenagers where from (Lititz, PA.) They still believe that he forced her to go with him she was not part of it suposely he shot her father she went and hid in a closet and heard another shot (her mother) and he started shouting and threating till she came out and he took her with him.

Well it looks like the trolls are back on the MR forum again.
Thats just one more reason why I like it here.

Stan.

Flo, I'll have one of those diet meals that Johnny's on. Sounds as good as the Angus Burger diet.

Had a good day, even though I woke up just as tired as when I went to bed. We finally got some rain that hopefully will ease the pressure on the forest fire hazard.
I started thinking about poor 'ole CjCrescent over in Birmingham just sitting around on a rainy day feeling sorry for himself, so I decided to invite him over for another lying session. We had a good time with bigger lies and even got a few projects done. (I have been told that he is teachable, but sometimes I have to wonder about that boy  .)

Fergie: The 601 is looking mighty fine. Great looking control panel. It looks like you have a holder for your LED's or did the LED's come ready for mounting. If so, what kind?

Good Evening All

Yes Stan Gunit has gondunit. At first it was abit amusing especially as he claimed it was his little Bro but when he continued and said it wasn't his brother, well what can you say?

Rex: 601 is my favourite! The numbers are photo etched brass. She'll actually do a 8% grade and on a 18" curve without problems. Love my Kanawha but have a problem with the pilot wheel derailing.

The control board came with that part of the layout as a friend wanted rid of it and gave it to me. I've replaced all the track and done some changes but the board is fairly accurate but in need of an upgrade.

Rex: I'm trying to hunt down that picture as I don't have it onboard. I'll post it later.

Wllis: Are you going to the show in Dartmouth this weekend?

Well that's it for tonight

Have a good one

Fergie

(I have been told that he is teachable, but sometimes I have to wonder about that boy .)

Rex: How many times have I told you that its you that are larnin', not me!!! You dun went a got it backwards........agin!!:D :D Am I gonna haffa hit ya wit' a 2x4 agin just ta git yo' attention??

Set 'em up Flo! I'm in a generous mood. Gimme one o' yo' supergrease burgers, large order of rings, tall glass o' lemonade and a BIG pot o' coffee. I'm now on a diet too, so only one piece of pie for dessert.

Yeah, I went back over to Rex's today. We had our lying session as usual. And he told some whoppers, while I was my usual truthful self.;) I keep telling him those lies will all come back to haunt him, but he won't lissin'. We had a great time, but for some reason, I did all the work.  You'd think someone as talented as he is would remember how to lay some flex track and a couple of switches. Guess not, now I gotta start da teachin' all over again.:)
