The “Give Tony Grief” Thread

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls and Bald Headed Babies - here is "The Challenge"!!!!!!!!

Below you will see a diagram - it (ironically) resembles that vacant space I have (funny about that). The challenge to you all is to see what you would put in that space. It MUST include the following things at least:

1. Tunnel
2. Hotel/Pub
3. River
4. Bridge over rive

My "sucker test train" arrived from Hiawatha Hobbies. Don't like the color scheme BUT, that can change right:

Have to say - never dealt with Hiawatha before but they certainly were quick about the order out. Impressed with them. 👍
 
Trust me, it wasn't supposed to go this far ... replace the track I said to myself so I can run a choo choo - THEN a couple (or more) retribates stuck their noses in and it all went to hell ------- in a very good way :p 😁 😁

OR, maybe your telling me that this has gone long enough ..... ??? :)

Gone too far? Thats just silly! 😜
 
Tony’s having fun doing this…don’t let him kid you otherwise. Sure some of us are encouraging him. I have a suspicion that he enjoys it though. Worry when he goes quiet and he doesn’t pick on us…something is wrong then!!

Thanks Mike ... appreciate that :)

And yeah, even though I really did only intend to swap out the track work - I am having fun doing this, not too mention harassing you guys' - that's even MORE FUN :)

What the hell ... I'm now looking at the right side of where the layout is and thinking about clearing all the crud off of it and doing a "proper expansion - another 4' X 4'. Just thinking about it guys, nothing certain as yet ;)
