1st car I have weathered in a while…
This one brings me back to my youth..
Stinky, sickly yellow sulfur piles…
The Athearn sulfur load was kind of too bright compared to those in my memory..so I toned it down with Naples Yellow oil.
Rusted the gondola interior with Tamiya Linoleum Deck Brown, Hull Red, Flat Yellow, AK / Ammo pigments,
Exterior of car faded with very dilute Tamiya Flat White, followed by W+N Burnt and Raw Umber thinned with blue label Turpenoid
Tamiya grime mix on trucks, wheels and lower car..
Naples Yellow oil used for the sulfur streaking and splashes..
B4 and after pics
