So. I received some coupler conversions from micro trains. I also got conversion starter kit which included a piece of track mounted magnet. The couplers work great over that. But i also received under the track magnets and they do not work at all. I asked micro trains with no response. (Seems to be a recurring issue with me) any idea what I may be doing wrong. I have tried them both ways with no success. I must be missing something simple.
