This is a neat song. Never heard of it until I heard it on this channel.

This is a Windham Hill Laserdisc "Dream Video." It's something less an hour of a video montage of "Winter" (The title) of those colder hours in the Desert Southwest. The overheads were shot from a Cessna light aircraft, and, as best I can tell (of the whole video) were shot with a high-speed, high resolution IMAX camera. I do believe this video was shown in theaters on IMAX, anyway.

My particular favorite here is the "Duet." @about 12:50

And the other heartbreaker: @26:50

It's Katherine Higbie, as best I recall, up to the 30:10 mark.

They should be if you go through the Google stuff.

I was recently reminded of this. We went on a school field trip to watch this movie in the 8th grade.

And then: Steve Howe. "Fragile" Yes. "Mood For A Day."

Not steel string (at least I don't think), but still inspirational too either way.

Going through my music video folder, ran into Metallica. I have the S&M DVD where they had symphonic accompaniment. Found their site on utoobs as well as this neat video.
