Good morning Crew. 48f degrees now 67 later per the app! It’s still above seasonal.
Medicare so far. For the PetScan it’s not fraud until it’s billed. They are saying the $12,000+ is an estimate. As for Terry disputing her procedure and over night stay she most likely would have done that anyway. The medical cannot demand payment until after an EOB (explanation of benefits) is sent. However most patients rarely ask for the EOB. It’s always fun to see the $10 billing for 2 tabs of Ibuprofen. I remember Terry telling me one time after my 1st thyroid surgery and the EOB showing $120 for an insulin shot. I’d never taken insulin before. Turned out they would not give me my metformin pills I was taking at the time and it was easier for them to administer insulin. That was at St. Joseph in Marshfield. Here in Madison when I was in for the stroke they gave me Metformin as they wouldn’t do the Ozempic I was on at the time. Every where is different
Today at 10 we do the drive through for our flu and Covid shots. The UWHealth has a really neat drive through complex that is super efficient. It’s nice not to even have to get out of the car.
I went to my work bench last night around 7. It seems I have no enthusiasm to accomplish anything. I came back over just as the Brewers scored 8 runs to make it 10-0. They are now up 3-0. I then surfed the net for nothing and found lots of nothing. I will try the bench again sometime this afternoon. Thankfully the diesel commissions are complete, just waiting for 11/1 to bill and ship

My last flu shot was 1978 - haven't had the flu since; sniffles once in awhile but that is about it.

Todd, I seldom comment about it, but your sense of humor often cracks me up, thanks for sharing!
I get a flu shot every year. I seldom if ever get a respiratory infection. I didn't document it but I'm confident to say I went 30+ years without so much as a runny nose. Last year, not so lucky. Timing for my Primary Care visit was bad, no flu shots yet. "No worries, I don't need that" then I got the flu. When I finally did get the flu shot my body didn't even react.
I got this year's flu shot! Vaccines kick my grump old ass for 24 hours to up to one week! The shingles vaccine was a serious ass whooping.
I just realized, no Covid shots from the Primary Care doctor this year... I wonder why?

Mine was about '83 mandated by the Air Force. Not had one since, nor have I had the flu. I guess it's still working!

Do the matte medium one if possible. Acrylic Inks. I always mix in a few drops of brown into the black just to warm it up.

modern BNSF paint. Looking back I ordered these in June of 2024. Only took them 28 months to get them produced.
