Just tried the Tamiya accent color dark brown and it was too dark. I just put some on their shoes and it basically made it brown. Luckily that stuff wipes off easily.

Are you talking about Vallejo steaking grime? I can actually get that here.

Thanks! I need better small brushes to get more consistency. It's hit or miss with what I have. Sometimes the bristles behave, sometimes they don't.
