And a few more.

Must be another one coming since we have ten kids/grandkids all together.

And a few more.

Those are exceptional!

[chadbag]

if they're in season right now in Illinois

Obviously not in season. They’d be in Miami or somewhere.

Deer get the state hunting manifest every year. Before any season starts they’re all over the place but when the season starts they’ve made themselves scarce and gone on vacation.

[chadbag]

Wow. Mrs SFW is really a great painter and artist.

[migalyto]

I don't even know if they're in season right now in Illinois.

Bow hunting started Oct 1st till Jan 17th

Firearm is Nov 20th-22nd and again Dec 3rd till the 6th.

In Illinois they are everywhere since we are in the middle of harvest. Pretty much every highway, interstate, and rural road. Really need to be vigilant
while driving from dusk to dawn. You could also see them in the daylight hours as well.

On my walk tonight i seen a dozen or more in the field West of our subdivision feeding on the dropped corn.

It's also mating season. They like to come in my yard and feed on acorns, they live in the woodlands surrounding the subdivisions.

Willie, your wife is an exceptional artist. Those are really very, very, good. She could be doing greeting card illustrations professionally.

[DeaconKC]

Willie, tell her those are great!

[Kusojiji]

As some of you may recall, I posted a couple of times that my wife likes to paint with watercolors; and I have posted a few of the Christmas cards that she has made me. This year, I was able to intercept the Halloween cards before they were sealed into their envelopes and snap a few pictures. Here are a few of them, not sure which kids/grandkids they are for, it may just be a random thing!

She's very talented and has a great imagination! Awesome drawings!

Looks like today will be the best weather for the next week. Tomorrow will be cloudy, cool and low humidity. Then the effects of typhoon 30 will be felt with rain for several days. At least it is petering out.

Tomorrow is a run to the base for a pre-colonoscopy appt. Get the nice drink mixes that I love so much. Then to the commissary. I really want a steak, but since the weather isn't cooperating, I may go for skirt or flank. I can bake those. I hate frying in the house.

[DeaconKC]

@Kusojiji ask the Docs if they have a new pill for that. They used it on me for my last colonoscopy and it worked great.
