I just watched Jacksonville (4-7) beat my Ravens (7-4). On paper it looked like an easy win for the Ravens. Unfortunately, they play the games on the gridiron. Not the outcome I was hoping for. "Any given Sunday"

I did get to see Jacksonville's young quarterback take a step forward. I suspect he is a future superstar. He has the quickest release I've seen in a long time, and his passes were laser accurate most of the day. Overall, it was a great game to watch.

Washington 19 - Atlanta 13. I have that on the DVR to watch later.

Blimey I can’t drink 2 normal coffees in the evening as I then can’t sleep,I even have to watch the caffeine in the 90 percent chocolate with those coffees, I use Nescafé add ginger powder Keto brown sugar a sort of ginger bread option
We are all different. One of the many beauties of God's creation is the uniqueness of all life.
My Mom drank as much coffee if not more than me. I've been drinking coffee since about the time I started school. It had a lot more milk in it when I was a youngster.

Good afternoon!

We had some nice weather over the past week, with a little rain. That moisture froze on the sidewalks, causing a shear ice problem locally.
Anyway, I was trying to walk the dog when my feet slipped forward and my head went backward and down. Next thing, I was looking up at the pillowy clouds with a cold blue background. My head had smashed against the ice covered walk and split open. The warm sensation was blood exiting through the open wound.
This happened a couple of days ago. That day I suffered from headache, and the next day I endured muscle pains all down my neck and back.
Today, I'm fine. I'm going to walk the dog again in a few minutes. This time I'll stay in the forest and off the sidewalk.

We have a real doctor problem here in Alberta, in that we don't have many. The only appointment I can achieve is to go in next week. Of course, that would be different if I was hurt bad enough for an ambulance. Then they would see me immediately.
As it is, the locals are referring to that day as 'Bloody Friday'. I know I'm not the only one that went down on that day.

I'll drop down a photo that I took last June. The ground wasn't covered with a sheet of glare ice back then:

Well, the dog wants to go. Better do it before the sun sets.

Have a good evening!

I survived another session at McWane today.
I had a normally 40 minute drive to downtown Birmingham take over 90 minutes due to an accident on the interstate.
I only had one minor problem with dirty track which was quickly corrected.
I talked with several patrons that were impressed with the detail on the layouts. I know they would be even more impressed if they could see the layouts shared on this forum.
Here is a picture of the mill houses built this summer for the lumber mill.
