Good Morning All. Partly cloudy and 59°, the warmup has begun. Looks like lower to mid-80's all week after the seasonally cooler weekend. Might rain Wednesday.
Worn out this morning, after a day in the yard with my two grandsons yesterday. They gathered up all of the brush/limbs that I trimmed from about 75 trees last week, and made one large pile.

Next step for me is sorting through and removing firewood sized pieces and shredding the rest.
Meanwhile on the other side of the yard I removed a maple tree that failed to survive for who knows why?

I was expecting this as it lost all of it's leaves last summer.
During the day, I was visited twice by the local cropduster, turning his plane overhead while spraying fertilizer on a nearby field. This has been a twice a year ritual for over 40 years. Same plane but it used to be his Dad piloting.

This fellow is not as brave as Dad, who used to fly under the wires on the nearby power poles. It's always a sight to see when he is in action though.

While I did make it out to the train shed yesterday, it wasn't for too long. I planted a few of the trees that I have been rehabbing. I also staged a few trains for local trains, but my wife wanted to go out to eat so there was not time to run them.
Here's another business in Maultown, Oakleaf Shipping & Storage.

Guy - Good news about the fires. Great looking duck picture. I never tire of your railcar pictures, as authorities there seem more tolerant of close-ups.
Terry -
Not again?
Joe - i was amused by your "paperless" comment. Reminds me off working in the late 80's-early 90's. The intent was good but it allowed extensive reports like we had never seen before, which when printed were anything but paperless!
Patrick - Garden is looking good.
All have a great day, and keep healthy.
