Some things to keep in mind in using MCT..........
  • Stay hydrated and avoid combining with high doses of caffeine.
  • Fatigue or brain fog during the initial adjustment period due to shifts in gut microbiota.
  • Jitteriness or restlessness, particularly when combined with caffeine (e.g., in bulletproof coffee).
  • Elevated LDL cholesterol in some individuals, especially with long-term, high-dose use.
  • Heart palpitations, reported by some users, possibly linked to rapid ketone production.
  • Liver concerns in people with pre-existing liver disease, as MCTs are processed directly by the liver.
Just some things to keep in mind.

I've been busy with real life stuff and just being tired.
Arm muscles were really talking after using the chain saw for about an hour last Monday. They said "were really sore".

Take care....John

They just announced last week that they are discontinuing all frozen concentrates.
People are too lazy to mix up the stuff in a pitcher, having to pour it in a glass or cup then have to wash out the pitcher when all the juice is gone. After all, why do that when you can just swig it out of the store bought container and throw the container away when your done.

The brisket (the soon to former Corned Beef flat portion) is resting in it's water bath for the night to leech out some of the salt.

WILLIE: No worries on the tenderness. The vid I posted earlier is a 50% smoked, then put it in a dutch oven, on a raised rack with a water bath in the bottom of the dutch oven. I may need to do balls of foil under the meat to get it above the water, but I plan on steaming it once the crust is set on the meat.

They guy in the vid even used the same collapsible prep tub I've got.
