Good Morning All!
34F @ 86% with WHITE. Weather guessers did not get this one right. Up to 38F bout 1500, then more WHITE.

This is what we have now. An hour ago the ground was bare and wet.

Willie: That Fam pix - you are the most distinguished of the Men there. What happened to the rest? ;)

No problem! If the opportunity arises good, if not, oh well. The place has a special place in my heart and memory. The last time I was there was 1963. Me and a buddy borrowed a canoe from the then owner, paddle under the bridge across the river and camped in the woods for a weekend.
Look at google maps, choose the walker view and if a road is near by you might find it
otherwise say again the address and I’ll see if it’s there as I know how to work it then if it is I’ll walk YOU how to do it

I have used google earth to try and view the area. Since it is a white water business they have buses to bring rafter back. The buses were parked right in front of the cabin I'm interested in. Trees block the view of the bridge. No matter where I position on the road, I just can't get a good view.

Morning folks,

41 and cloudy with the return of winter scheduled for this afternoon. I suppose there isn't any hope it's riding on a 737 Max minus a few bolts.

I ordered a couple of shelving units from Costco last week and the first arrived yesterday. Finally have all the ammo, reloading equipment, and supplies in one place. The second is scheduled for delivery Monday. It will be housing all the model railroad rolling stock and structures.

The rafting company I'm referring to, is just outside of Shelburne Falls on Rte. 2 heading towards Charlemont, maybe 2 or 3 miles from Shelburne Falls. It used to be Adlers Cabins. The remaining cabin, the one I asked if possible to get a pic, is the only thing that remains of Adlers. I think the name is Crab Apple White Water Rafting.

This is the cabin in 1949. That is me with my grandmother. On google earth the screen part seems to be gone.

You don't have enough powder, primers, and bullets if it only took "a couple" shelving units from Costco...

Given my age, I no doubt have way more than a life-time supply.

I've come to that realization as well, though you've got a few years on me. I'm still occasionally looking for the H335 bulk military powder equivalent surplus to add to the stash tough I probably have more than I'll ever use. Got to leave something to the boy when I die.

Good Afternoon All!
Still have WHITE coming down.

Geesh - y'all see this? WHAS11 ( ABC ) Ky for the photo.

Woman driver and what we know is there were 3 vehicles in the mess. Two 4 wheelers besides the truck. Truck driver is OK but shaken. She hung there trapped by seat belt for almost an hour. Other drivers ( not sure if any riders or not ) were transported to local hospital. Still is unknown who is/was at fault.

Truck going that direction is probably coming outa the SysCo warehouse and could have close to 40KLbs in the box. The rear of the trailer and the bridge structure kept the whole she-bang from going in the drink.

Afternoon All,

Started out the day with a walk at 65F and overcast. After animal chores I headed to the train room. The main thing I did was to shingle the 3 roof cards and glue them down on the 2 structures and weathered them. Next up is working on the hydrocal walls or painting details. I haven't decided which yet. I did order a couple of detail factory workers from Model Tech Studios.

Thank you for the photo likes yesterday.

Tom- Nice looking truck.

Hughie- Neat family photo.

Troy- The pizza looks really good. Good luck with the game.

Bill- Love the photo.

David- It's only money!

Mike- Sorry to hear the restaurant is as bad as here.

Willie- Nice house and kitty detail. I'm ashamed to ask because I've forgotten, Is it San Jacinto day?

Guy- Thank you. It's great that the grandkids want to help you. Those trailers are begging for Pennsy decaling! I'm working on a kit from FOS Scale Models.

I hope everyone has a good night.
