I need a little assistance here from the computer gurus?
I am a real dummy on understanding "computer talk"
I don't know how to do a screen print - and would like too.
I am using Chrome on a MAC PRO
Do I use the instructions for "windows" or "MAC"?
Please describe in three word sentences!

The son has hired a few ex-Californians who can’t believe the heat but are even more totally shocked by the constant humidity. I would have thought if I was moving I would have checked into that, it’s not an Arizona “dry heat”, that’s a well known fact. He said of the 6 he has hired, 4 have left for Nashville and it’s surrounds
That's the one major thing thqt is keeping me here - I love the climate. I grew up in Southern AR and Northern LA and I know what the humidity is like - you cannot get dry if you are outside for more than 5 minutes.
Right at this time our sky is overcast - high clouds and the temp is only 79 and RH is 69 which would indicate that a possible shower is coming?
most of the time with sunny skies and temp in the 90's and above - the RH is in the 20 something range. Over 100 and it can be low teens!

Unfortunately for Austin, it is situated on the border of what we call the Southeast Wetlands, of the Beaumont, Port Arthur, Lufkin area, (and the swamps of Louisiana). Just a tad too close to the Gulf. It gets the humidity but not the cooling breezes. It's not as bad as Houston or Galveston, but it is hotter. Nearby to the west, San Antonio, Fredericksburg and the Hill Country is a whole lot more pleasant. Here in North Central Texas, we just get hot and dry. Kalifornia on the other hand, is probably just as humid along the coast, but it is not nearly as hot as Austin.

Afternoon All,

Started out today with a walk at 77F and humid but with the hint of a breeze. We just got back from doing the rescue. The skunk will go to the physical rescue site on Wednesday. The rescue over the 2 expo days earned about $800 which will mainly go to vet services. Tomorrow, I think besides laundry MOH wants to go to Sam's Club. It has been a very long weekend.

Mac- Great Amtrak closeups.

Tom- That looks very tasty.

Willie- I remember El Paso as being hot and dry. We would get 1-2 rains a year, but they were torrential. We used to get about 1/4" of snow every year around Thanksgiving.

I hope everyone has a good night.

The Orioles won 5-3! Felix Bautista strikes out the side to get the save. The O's take three out of four from the Rays,

Next stop Philadelphia!

Good night, Everybody!

Close to same….

I don't know about the Mac but anytime I want to take any part of the screen or all of it I use the Windows snipping tool which looks like a pair of scissors on menu bar.

Capsule endoscopy

I had never heard of this until my recent hospital visit. The hospital resident recommended that I follow up with my own Gastroenterologist to see if it could determine the source of the internal bleeding. At the time I was still slightly under the influence of the anesthesia from the colonoscopy, and I wasn't sure of what I was hearing. It sounded like science-fiction at the time. So I looked it up.
It is a scan of the small intestine where the traditional endoscopy or colonoscopy can't go. Get this! They strap or tape a monitor on you and you swallow a capsule. The capsule has a camera and transmitter that takes 50,000 pictures of the inside of your small intestine and sends them to the monitor, which is later removed and scanned by a computer! Takes a few hours and you just pass the capsule without fanfare, and the monitor goes back to the doctor. Amazing! At least to me.
Anyone else heard of this procedure??? Apparently it's been around for over 20 years but this was the first time that I had heard of it.

This is scary sh.t, as being known as a conspiracy theoryst, makes me wonder what they leave behind.

I will look and get back to you concerning that . It's not out of the box yet. ;)
Terry: Yeah, it's there. quite sizable, in the center of the hood. Has to be in the tooling, which I understand is shot in Northumberland. Not really noticeable in PC Black from 3', but when you look for it, it's there. I will have to dig out my PRR version, and my Stewart Reading AS-16 to see if they had it.

Almost looks like an alternate location for the stack, although all BLH units I'm familiar with had offset stacks. I had the Builders Plate from the 6974, but it disappeared in the move from Abingdon, MD to Jersey. Curse you Bekins - Miller North Broad!

COMMAND-SHIFT-3 does a screen capture. COMMAND-SHIFT-4 gives you a cursor so you can select part of a screen to capture. in both cases it saves the file on the desktop as "Screen Shot <date and time>". You can print it from that file if you want.

This is not a function of the browser but of the macOS.

Why are you using Chrome? Slowest bloatiest browser there is

Oh JOY! SPENT THE most of the day at the Urgent Care - well almost 4 hrs of it. I had a UTI and my urine was the color of mahogany with considerable pain. Wife and two daughters were terrified thaqt it was something worse like kidney failure. I was too! Much relieved now with antibiotics to take for the next 10 days + I received my second shingles injection while there!
