I'm still laughing at how much of "Kid" Rock's song they had to "condense" at the other show... seems he has problems with hookers, strippers, and minors in his lyrics.

But, this is the saner part of what he did play. It's his most popular song, so I see the pressure to hit it. Though, I really expected him to do "All Summer Long"...

But on a serious note, I suggest our politicos investigate the crap out of the Epstein files, and why it's taking so long to get the data out, and where the actual prosecutions are.

Most opera is not in Spanish.

I'll preface this by saying anyone, I don't care who, involved in sex trafficking should be put away for a long time. However, don't make the mistake that we know, with any sort of evidence, that that is the case "with people in power". FBI reports from the last decade even said they did not have clear evidence that Epstein was trafficking. They had evidence of improper behavior on his part but not for trafficking. Even only one "potential victim" made any such claims and the others did not back it up, per reports on the FBI's findings from the last decade when the files first came into their possession and they made concerted efforts to investigate it. Right now it's just a bunch of social media types assuming there is, and wanting it very badly.

Again, anyone involved including "people in power" who can be shown to be involved should be punished to the utmost extent of the law. That's the hard part, showing it.

@troyphoto As another long time gamer, I would be honest on the podcast. You don't need to give names, but be honest in that you, as an experienced player, left this game because of folks who made the atmosphere toxic. I have kicked players out of games I was running in the past because of behavior [and in one case being foul smelling] because they were running good players off. It is something that the gaming community has to face, and address, or it can kill a game.

Thank you Sir! I'll be cautious about jumping in to this one. When I had the diverticulitis issue, the doc said to go talk to the surgeon about having the surgery to remove it done. I figured I'd just listen to what she had to say. Well, she talked me in to it pretty quickly. So far, so good.

With the eye, though, blind is something harder to overcome. Although only one eye, might not be too bad if it went bad. THe right is my far seeing eye. The left one is my close seeing eye.
 


Regarding Bad Bunny's lyrics - Back in the day, our parents got upset with the Rolling Stones and "Let's Spend the Night Together" or the Doors and "Girl, we couldn't get much higher" from "Light My Fire". It's been that way for decades. And what about Jefferson Airplane and "White Rabbit"?

What keeps you from losing muscle tissue? I thought that the body starts eating muscle during dieting/fasting which is why I never believed in doing that. I'd go running or start doing reps vice removing food.

But, your strength of will is commendable. I'm weak when it comes to not eating. I don't eat a lot at one time, but I eat continuously.

Using the muscle. The body will use the fat first.

There is a case of a guy who was morbidly obese. He fasted for I think months and lost over 100lbs. And he did not lose muscle mass. He was under a doctor's care and he did have a small intake of nutrients and electrolytes. I don't remember the details and I don't recommend anything and talk to your doctor etc.

Same vibration from last year. Truck has been parked.....rear gear lube was checked and gear play was checked last year when this all began,

Is there really anything there besides bad judgement from those who didn't distance themselves from him after the initial flawed conviction? It seems to be just tarnishing reputations from both sides. You better believe that if there was anything damning about a certain individual, the previous administration would surely have released that information while they controlled it. I say to just move on, but the politicians and media just won't let it go. Find the old lady instead!

Younger people address me as Mr. Carter, or sir if they don't know me. I still haven't quite gotten used to the 'Mr Carter' yet. I still think my dad is standing behind me somewhere. But this is farm country. Kids are raised to respect people older than they are. Old fashion values do live on in some parts of the country.

I understand times change. They did in my generation too, but change is not always good, and it still doesn't make it morally right even if it is accepted by the masses.

I consider religion and politics personal, so I'm not going to comment on certain stuff.....but

I get called "Mr. May" by the owner of the gun shop and the gunsmith. The male employees call me "sir" and the female ones call me "David". I was raised in a military family and there were certain protocols and manners that were not to be deviated from. I'm just happy to interact with the youngins, so I roll with the punches now.;)
 
I'm currently programming my Accurascale Pannier tank decoder. This company is partnered with ESU and some of the functions did not work with my Train-o-matic decoder. One of the two firebox flicker LEDs would remain on, onboard stay alive wouldn't work. Accurascale has the AUX port and Function key assignments on their website, so since I had an extra ESU decoder, I thought I'd give it a try.

ESU provides the program that can be used to write the configuration without having their programmer hardware. I made the configuration with this program, exported it to a CV list, made a new loco in JMRI, imported the CV list and am now writing it into the loco. With each CV, the loco is slowly jerking its way around the track. ESU on JMRI is very difficult so I am glad they know this and provided this option. If I buy more Accurascale stuff, I will go with ESU for them.

Same here. And it was "yes sir", and "no ma'am" when answering a senior. Basic training was like summer camp for me growing up with an Air Force SMSgt. After I signed up, a lot of what I was taught growing up suddenly made sense.

Kusojiji they say that's the worst thing use can do, eat continuously. Doesn't give your organs a break. Always processing food. If you really what to be healthy you eat in an 8-hour period. 10am to 6pm, 9am to 5pm, 12pm to 8pm, no snacking. You will not lose muscle if you keep on exercising. Go for a 15-minute walk right after eating. It helps with insulin resistance. Swal
