Hi, folks!

Crappy weather! Not because it's cool, rather, it's so dull with no sun to brighten the day.

Spent an hour looking through my prototype rail photos. Picked out a few of my favourite to annoy you with repeats.
There's no particular reason I like these more than all the rest. I suppose it's just that I feel I've captured some special moments in the rail history of this small town.

All of those photos were captured with a $40.00 camera. I'm fairly certain that's why the poor quality. I'm still capturing some railway history, though.

Curt - Wonderful flatcar loads. Celebrating 20yrs of what?
Migalyto - What's 'Bug' money?
Todd - Beautiful puppy!
Louis - So sorry to hear Tucker got mauled!

The wife only works weekends, which leaves me home alone with the house clean-up chores. I don't mind, because she likes a clean house. Just don't call me the "@itch".
Got it all done now, so it's nap and then finally get in some modelling time. It's been a loong time since I've done that.

Have a great day, folks.

One of my dobermans jumped my mother in laws fence tried digging under to help theother dog, gave up when hit gravel and wandered off luckily she had a name tag and was reported to the police when I checked, 3 roads away she was shivering under a header and too scared to come out to the woman who not having a dog had put out milk and bread to try and encourage her to come out, she saw me dashed out at speed, the woman was by her sink watching the dog was okay and was happy her mum had tracked her down and happy her call to the police had had results she had also called a dog place but not one I had tried, one exhausted dobermann did not rejump the fence either. Luckily she did not eat the milk and bread not good for hedgehogs either they too prefer tinned dog meat.
Yup.
Jaz is back.

It may have saved his life and mine. He has learned to stay home. When he did run, he had no regard for traffic. And I'm too old to chase him!

I'm only going to call you a good man!

I'm trying to figure out the hedghog jumping the doberman to escape the police for pilfering bread ... or??? Dang... I gotta go put those [returns] in so I can figure this one out. Sounds like a fun story. 🤪
I blame texting on phone, those small buttons are a pain……

have you never heard of idiots feeding poor hedgehogs bread and milk? Which results in diarrhoea. advice is IF you see a hedgehog, and decide to feed it, use dog food or preferably cat food, and meat tinned not stupid biscuits. I thought everyone knew this. Hence my alluding to rather than full story.

I hade to correct 5 times on this entry, and I still see more. Nope fed up wearing out the delete button :p

Good afternoon, all! Another warmish day but cloudy and overcast. After a few chores went to the train room to continue on the J. Baum Tobacco building. Yesterday I glued all the bracing on. Instructions say you don't need the bracing on the N scale version, but I believe in putting bracing on.
Today I glued sides, windows and decals. Next will be putting the upper and lower sections together, side steps and roof. What I didn't know prior to purchasing was the building is intended to be a building not up front. There are no details, windows or doors on the back.

Just hit the return every time you should have a full stop. Hit it twice and put the blank line in. And I won't confuse hedgehogs and dobermans. ;)

The new familiar in my latest series wants to eat donuts... He's magical, so it probably won't bother him...
