Do you brown the crust on the stove before going in the oven? I'm going to have to give this a shot. I'm the only one who likes veggies, so I'll cook up the peppers on the side and add later.

Parbake the dough in the pan to firm it up a bit (5min at 350F). Take out, add cheese and toppings. Back in 390F for about 20-22 minutes.

Since I put Mont Jack cheese around the outer edge of the crust, letting it climb the pan wall, I have to use a table knife to pull the cheese & crust loose from the edge when it's out of the oven.

THEN I put the pan and pizza on the stove top, and brown the bottom over medium heat.

The dough usually has an airbubble trapped underneath it as it bakes, so you have to break the seal around the outer edge before browning.

Finished up a grain elevator to sell at the swap meet and did my first attempt at car weathering. I don't know why I have so much difficult weathering plastic. Wood is a piece of cake for me. Those Walthers decals are the most difficult decals I have ever worked with. Even decal set didn't give me the right results.

It's a Harry Potter movie. John gets chased around a tower by Alan Rickman, trying to not get caught or killed. That's pretty much every Harry Potter movie made.

Merry Christmas to those who celebrated today! Had 20 show up for the family party(which is pretty low), most participated in the guy/girl gift exchange, some rode the hayride, but all brought a dish for our meal. Oh boy did we have plenty left over. I think everybody enjoyed their time.

Good Evening Folks. Just dropped in to hope everyone had as great a day as I did. I'm home, safe and full. Still quite warm out at 68°; another night with the bedroom windows open.
My wife thanks everyone for the compliments on the Christmas card. She paints me one every year. I'll have to look for some more of them, meanwhile I did find the one from 2021, here it is.

I wish that I could get her to do backdrops!

I never thought of Die Hard as a Christmas movie. Just another one of those "disaster" films.

I always thought when Bruce Willis' character in Die Hard said "Yippee-Ki-Yay mother..." it was his way of saying Merry Christmas. The kind that would get you kicked out of Midnight Mass.
