Good afternoon, all! The dense fog has burned away and the sun is bright. Temps to hit 80+ today, tomorrow and Christmas. No danger of a white Christmas here. Most all the baking is done, the ham is thawing and the last of the gifts are being wrapped. I do love the smells in the house after all the baking. A special batch of mincemeat cookies for me.
I'm not sure that I will get to visit the dinner much for the next few days so, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
Drive friendly for those traveling for the holidays.

Today is the first day in around two months I've been able to have my front door open. It's 67°F outside with a dewpoint of 62°F. The front porch and sidewalk concrete is sweating.
Afternoon all,
Had to take the wife to the cardiologist this morning so I'm in late. Don't know what's up with the fog, but we've been under a dense fog advisory all day thus far. They keep extending it.
Currently 60° and foggy. Forecast is low 70's the next couple of days.
Sadly, I have to work a normal shift tomorrow as I had to modify my early out to accommodate the wife's appointment. I needed to work 3-8 hour days as we have Thursday and Friday as Holidays. 2-10 hour and a 4 hour day accomplish this as well. At least I'm not bleeding time off...
Should be a quiet day, I hope.

I remember the days of plastic track with the power embedded. Are yours the same idea with wood? plastic? I never heard of do it yourself routing on the track.
Yes, just longer pieces and can opportunity to have 3 lanes and vary the spacings
This just in from North Central Wisconsin. Ok just seen by me! The ice on Lake DuBay in Marathon County has a crack in it
The son with the girl friend’s dog, a Giant Schnauzer and gentle as a kitten. They are exploring where he grew up and said he didn’t recognize our old house. Lots of remodeling and adding on. It was a biggie already when we sold it in 2014. Don’t care either
Started down to the train room but have ended up in my chair. I think it’s nap time
MERRY CHRISTMAS YA FILTHY ANIMALS. so I got my yearly watching of the polar express in. my attention span seems to have gotten shorter as I've aged but.... no one be to naughty Santa has said that price of coal is to darn expensive. got the ho scale up for now thinking about switching to n scale after the holidays but I do need a few things and money is tight. I hope everyone has a great holiday and a happy and safe new years! I don't have a new years goal as everytime I set one it fails so.
We're in for another
Atmospheric River Wind Storm tomorrow.
If it stays on its current path there will be 40mph-60mph winds in our area for about 8 hours. The front is moving North and we face the South. If the path moves East we're in the clear. NWS can't decide. Unfortunately the ground is currently saturated to the point of standing water. If we take a direct hit trees will be coming down and probably some power outages again.

That reminds me of John Kricfalusi of Ren and Stimpy.
Merry Christmas… Joyeux Noel…!
Holy Moly Batman! It's still 70° outside at nearly 10:00 pm. Today's high of 82° I believe broke our old record of 79°. No white Christmas here this year! This warm spell is supposed to continue through Saturday.
Here is a picture of all of my grand-nieces and grand-nephews at the family Christmas gathering last Saturday taken by my daughter.
That's grandson #2, Ryan, on the top left, his brother had to leave before the picture was taken to go to work. My granddaughter, Charlotte, is in the row in front of him, second from the right. I don't have a clue to the others names, but I know who most belong to!
Good Night.
And a Merry "Festival of Greed" to all, and to all a good night.

While we didn't have Christmas KFC, wife made baked chicken leg and a baked potato, which was much better!
