We are forecast to have a short heat wave hit us tomorrow, temps hitting 36+ deg (97F) before a cooling afternoon change. Summer is officially over at the end of Feb, but no-one told M'nature. Will break another record if it's true.

Minus 3 here this morning but we're supposed to be in the 50's by the end of the week. Sunny with a high in the 30's for this afternoon.

Good Morning: 37°, overcast with rain and fog. My driveway cleared itself overnight, which is a good thing. Next storm, tomorrow, is supposed to return us to sub freezing temps, plus 4" to 8" of snow.......Longer term forecast for next week calls for daytime temps in the lower 40s (seasonal average), and four consecutive days of sunshine.
Lowes is out of snow melter, and loaded up with turf Builder. Now if I can only find the lawn..

Good morning, we have -9 and there were some beautiful sun dogs punctuating our sunrise today. We are getting some of the warmup Montanan spoke of this weekend as well.

Hopefully, the worst of winter is behind us. We are looking at about 6" of snow on the ground, which should be pretty easy to burn off.

I am coming to you live from the emergency room of one of our local hospitals, where the ambulance took my brother after he collapsed at home. More news as it becomes available.

I recall numerous business trips to DC. One day was really bad flying from Detroit to DC with a heavy snow storm. I had a 10:30 AM meeting to attend. Flying into National Airport (Now Reagan ) in a NWA 727 (dating myself), the plane was rocking from side to side. Pilot aborted landing. We circled a while. Tried another landing, and it was worse. Passengers needed to use the white bags. Messy. Pilot aborts second attempt to land. Eventually we landed at Dullas Airport. Road in a crowded bus for 2 or 3 hours in heavy snow with heavy traffic to downtown Washington. The meeting started at &:00 PM. .... I dislike both snow and flying. .... Not real fond of DC either... They are 30-0.

Garry you hit the trifecta!

That's not good, Terry. keep us informed. Your brother is in my prayers.

Good afternoon everybody!

43 with ever more cloudy skies in southeast Baltimore. They tell us anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow is on the way. I hope they miss the broad side of the barn on this one.

Busy morning here in the infirmary, we have an ear ache, pink eye, sore throat, digestive troubles and a sciatica attack. I am the only one feeling good. Everybody is medicated, treated, waited on and already beginning to feel better, thank God.

For our Jewish friends Purim begins today at sundown, enjoy the holiday!

Garry I am not familiar with Soldiers Day, but I have the utmost respect for those who serve the country. Happy Soldiers Day!

Have a great day everybody!

Currently, we are sure he is severely dehydrated, and has blood clots in both legs. They are doing a CT scane now, and blood tests for cardiac enzymes.

Blood clots in the legs aren't good at all. Hopefully they can get the blood thinned out and get him rehydrated.
