Pretty much. I have two choices: Time Warner and Bellsouth. Time Warner had my account's speed restricted so much, I couldn't watch a short news video. Bellsouth isn't throttled, but because it's DSL, it doesn't upload very fast. It is the lesser of two evils.

Thanks for the concern everyone, passed over me without any drama. Not so lucky for many up north, one unfortunate young couple had just finished fully renovating their house, now it's a pile of rubble. Woke up to sun streaming in the window, clear blue skies. Forecast temp for today is 90F, so for any of you steam trip fans, there'll be plenty here
