Whisky, wine, spirits are good. Never got into beer.

Beer! I’ll start by saying I am a very light weight when it comes to any alcohol. I just never acquired the taste. I now can handle a New Glarius Spotted Cow but most of u true beer drinkers would say it’s just favored water. Maybe because my 1st beer was a Schiltz in Milwaukee. I started out wrong but no matter I hated that Schlitz.I found the entire thing to be interesting, thank you.
The part I found to be most interesting or should I say baffling - the lighter weight oil was specified for the Flexible Service/Long Life schedule, (30000km/18500 miles or 2 years.) I would have thought the opposite.
I know you were joking, but if money were no object, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy any German car.
I owned one BMW, a 528e. A friend of mine owned the dealership, and the car had been used as a loaner. I got a deal that was too good to pass up. By the time I let it go, it had over 300,000 miles on it. Circumstances in my life changed drastically, and I couldn’t afford another great BMW deal. I’ve been a Chevy guy ever since.

Auch du lieber! Mein Got in Himmel!Me.

Think of the money that you saved. I had AI do the math. If I had invested all of the money that I spent on beer over the last 56 years, into an S&P index fund beginning in 1970, it would be worth $6,250,000 today. So technically I am a millionaire. A more expensive hobby than model trains.Never got into beer.
I know, i was teasing you.Whisky, wine, spirits are good. Never got into beer.
If you say that is beer I believe you.New Glarius Spotted Cow
Nothing wrong with that.Teetotaler here
What compelled you to do that?Think of the money that you saved. I had AI do the math. If I had invested all of the money that I spent on beer over the last 56 years, into an S&P index fund beginning in 1970, it would be worth $6,250,000 today.
Take the trip if you want a trip but can’t you find a researcher locally to the library you can pay to make acceptable copies of the material you need?Oh, and I found a book in the Conrad Grebel University library that I need to find the final pieces of my Ancestry document search. But it's in their mennonite archives which they don't loan out. So, wife and I may be making a trip to Waterloo Ontario in Sept.
You mean the sewer or your septic system is the millionaire.Think of the money that you saved. I had AI do the math. This is pretty early for Oktoberfest beer, but it is really good. I bought a 6 pack yesterday to try it out. Reminds me of Spaten.Of course they do! They're German descendants.![]()

Troy, Tom and Deacon, I'm glad to see you don't give in to peer pressure, drink whatever you like. Water, tea or something from a cow, it's all good.
@RhB Michael Beer just isn’t woven into the American way of life like it is in Germany, which is exactly why you won’t find a pint next to your Egg McMuffin at a U.S. McDonald’s; unlike in Germany, where that’s just another balanced breakfast.

FestbierThe Abv is about where it should be for the type. I'd try that if I could find it. Does it taste like Spaten lager or Spaten Festbier?
there is one accredited genealogist in the area, and she's booked through november. The Mennonite Archives page has a polite notice that translates into "If you want us to look something up, do research, or such... piss off!" Well, not really. But it's clear that a LOT of people want to be Canadians. So the staff is all in on digitizing their records.Take the trip if you want a trip but can’t you find a researcher locally to the library you can pay to make acceptable copies of the material you need?
It's actually various trees in the yard since I live out here in the boonies. You mean the sewer or your septic system if the millionaire.
That would be neat. I'd give it a try if made available out here.recreate the original 1864 recipe
I don’t know. Try local forums or groups one groups for that area? Or for genealogy?there is one accredited genealogist in the area, and she's booked through november. I'm not sure how to find just an independent researcher?
