@troyphoto can i ask. how big is your layout room? it looks not that big, but plenty of room for layout. are you in N or H0 Scale?

Bedard will be good, not great. Similar to Jack Hughes, (when healthy). These kids are over rated pre draft, then thrown right to the wolves instead of spending time in the AHL to get used to playing with other than their age group. They come in with high expectations of being the next McDavid but quickly turn into "not exactly". He will be good, and the Hawks are not that far away if they don't panic....(like Jersey does).
Biggest problem with crude oil, is that the number of US refineries has declined...off shore is "cheaper", and that's the only thing that means anything to corporations and investors.
My issue is most of the business headlines I see say nothing, the articles are behind pay walls. The oil trains hauling Dakota oil still run to remaining east coast refiners that used to refine Texas oil brought up in tanker ships. But the remaining capacity is but 33% more or less of what it was in the mid 1980s.
Of my 37 stocks, 7 are up Pennie’s all the rest are down.

I switched to golden beets because my wife said the red ones tasted too much like "dirt". I know from previous experimentation that goldens are pretty mild.
I've had kidney stones twice in my life. Neither required me to go to the ER. Both times related to dehydration. Pain meds (when Dr. could prescribe them) and a lot of water passed them fairly fast.

Knight has the potential to be a great goalie...but he does have issues, and that's why Florida jettisoned him. Sort of reminds me of Mackenzie Blackwood of Colorado...Jersey unloaded him because he was "unstable", but he has done quite well for the Avs this year. The Hawks may have a keeper here.

Good Morning All!
41F @ 67% with partly. To be 70+ later.
Tractor: Wayne heard me gripe about not being able to get a Service Manual for it for 2 weeks. I did not want the electronic version as I like paper. He brought his F350 and trailer yesterday am and was available to help load it. Ya, well when I tried to fire it up, that 10A fuse blew immediately. We hooped jumped to get the backhoe attachment off. For those that don't know, you use the hydraulics to level the thing with the hoe bucket and stabilizers, disconnect the hydraulics and move the tractor away. Pretty simple; except when there are no hydraulics. 2 floor jacks to mostly level the attachment, and a port-a-power to push it out of the tractor rails and slots. Finally on the ground. Got the front bucket off leaving the skid-steer type pads which were 5 inches higher than the ground. We figured that would be high enough to not hit the expanded steel going up the trailer ramp. Nope, had to put a couple of Maria's decorative blocks for the front tires to roll up on to make it higher along with a piece of plywood under those skid steer pads. His winch decided it was on strike, so pulled it using the Nissan with the strap running from the front of the tractor, to the 1st frame member on the trailer, then to the Nissan off to the side. At least that worked as planned. So a 20 minute job turned into 2.5 hours. Because I used to drive OTR, had strong enough straps to keep it from moving front/back and got her tied down. Off Maria and I went to Sandpoint. Wayne did not want to go as he had tractor work to do at his place. Beautiful day for a drive. The Service Manager and 1st technician started prodding and pulling wire bundles when they found out it was me. They have never seen something like my problem. Made it there and back in about 3 hours.
Using Video in lue of having an actuall MRR: To each their own, but for me there is no way I would not have a MRR and on top of that I do not watch MRR videos unless it is something that I am currently really interested in ( even in this forum). I would rather have a couple of still's in focus and close up to the subject with description. Heck, I don't watch You Tube videos in the 1st place as from what I have found, there is a pretty low percentage of people that know how to do them proper, so it is pretty moot.
Today: No tractor for a few days ( probably ), so work on cars day. Passenger window for Maria's Expedition, Nissan's service engine ligh is on, and maybe front hubs.

Morning all,
Ended up at the far daughter's house to house sit while she runs the youngest daughter to a Dr appointment. So not doing much today.
50 years ago there were 8 oil refineries within a 100 miles of where I live, 3 remain. The three have been updated over the years to handle more crude than all 8 could in 1975.

Played golf on a cold and windy day yesterday. Had the Big Bet going with my 80-year-old partner. We throw up balls to see who's partners in the bet. We were losing throughout all of the match but won the last 2 holes helping us to only lose $5.00. If we lost one of those holes, we were going to lose $35.00 I hit the 2nd green so we won $5.00 for that. To cold and windy to play today be back at it tomorrow.

But they were NOT.
I forwarded the messages to [email protected] and got a reply back almost immediately.

Got to your web browser and type in Paypal.com and log in like you normally do. See if you get any alerts or suspicious activity on your dashboard.
But they were NOT.

One way to confirm that the email is a pfishing attempt is (referring to post above):
- CONTROL-click or RIGHT-click on "log into your account" (DO NOT just "click" on it)
- From the contextual menu, choose "copy URL"
- Open a text editing app and bring up an empty page
- Now, PASTE the copied URL into the text document, and examine it to see where it REALLY came from...

You can also tap "paypal" in the sender's info at the header of the email, and see what email they're using. If it's anything other than "@paypal.com", and it probably will be, it's a scam using a compromised email address of some kind.

Good evening all. A day of showers. (The weather guessers have to be right some days.
Internet has been down all day (again).
Spent the day asleep on the couch. It has helped a lot to recover from 'a chill' in my body.
When I woke up I managed to do some ironing with the 'steamer iron'.

I got a text saying about buying $638 worth of bitcoin. The costumer service number that is supposed to be paypal in the text, but the number is different from the paypal site.

I get fake PayPal and fake everything else as well all the time. I assume they’re fake and ignore most of the time. It helps that my active PayPal account is on a seldom used email so if anything comes in on my normal emails I know it’s fake.
With the bank stuff I just log in (direct typing) to their website. They all have a notices/messages/mail place inside my account where I can see copies of alerts or messages I got by email. But usually it doesn’t get that far. Simply examining the actual from email address and any links (show source in your browser) makes it clear.

So the market was down today. Indices between -1.0% and -3.0%. My two self directed accounts were down about -1.22% -- -1.30%
I didn't get in on it though. I should have. small amount doesn't really matter but it's the thought that counts. My mornings are not in front of the computer and since I am more west coast the market closes at 2pm for me and by the time I remember its closed...

This is for Marco/jay @traiNscale . I just heard they're building a 50 acre 18 whole championship-level disc golf course in a valley/gully next to my neighborhood (abutting the people who live on the N edge)... It will be called "The Arena".
So if you get the chance to compete in the US come to Utah and try it out once it's completed. They just broke ground a week ago and supposedly it's underway already. The whole area is blocked off by yellow caution tape.
