I couldn't tune a carb to save my life.
Put one hand on the open hood as you adjust the carburetor. When it stops shaking and you don't smell fuel, you are close enough.
Looks like biscuits and sausage gravy to me!
My Mom loved biscuits and sausage gravy, but "SoS" is something completely different.

I don't like either one!

Good morning, all! Houston = Hot & Humid. We got a quick quarter inch of rain this morning. Currently preparing to go grocery shopping. Wife makes a list but never seems to use it. Up one aisle and down the next, looking at cans, jars and packages we're not going to buy.

SOS - love the stuff. First had it in boot camp and it was in regular menu rotation on the base.
LA - I want so badly to say something.

Chad - Safe trip home.

So basically a sidewalk?
Martin you might be right it's been so long since I made the stop, but the photo below shows it was just a sidewalk and a big drop-off for a passenger to step down from. The people would come up from the city visit their deceased loved ones and catch the next train back to the city. The train would be at a crawl to make the stop mainly using the engine brake rather than the train brake. They must have changed all that after they electrified the line with high platforms and M1's. I'm not sure about that because I was gone by then but I don't even see the stop on the schedule anymore Jay would know he was still there after 1982.

What a mess

Note to self: when the army painter dropper bottle doesn’t want to emit paint, Don’t squeeze HARDER!!!!!!! The little ball bearing is blocking the nozzle. The nozzle will pop before the ball goes through the nozzle hole #whatamess Good thing I wanted to paint the armor on those Crusaders

My jeans are soaking in the washer - about 5-6 drops made it there. The majority hit the painting tray, or the green matt. About have the knights got splash damage that will have to be repainted. But, it was only one color on them so far.

Do you sell some of your models? They look awesome.

I sell painted armies to other gamers. Not everyone likes to paint. I enjoy it when the stress is flying, as a way to relax. Until I squirt half a bottle of paint all over the workbench, my pants, and splatter models.

Selling individual models isn't worth the effort. And I'm not a top level painter. We call what I do, painting for table top play. They won't win awards, but they look decent if you're' standing at the table (aka the 3-foot rule).

Look at it as practicing to paint all those N scale people for your layout.

That's a smaller platform than some of the stations on the former PRR/PC West Chester Branch, in Pennsylvania. They were the width of the standard shelter or about 12 foot wide, and very hard to see at night or in fog.

19 C, 90% humidity and off/on drizzling. Supposed to be like this all day.

So the Rails saga continues. They won't return my money to my credit card so changed the store credit to a gift card. They get my money anyway.
You can try and force the issue with a chargeback. It will burn bridges but if you can fully document all the problems etc and their failure to fix t hem satisfactorily you may win.
