Nice,, but Lynda Carter has always been present in my dreams.
Lynda certainly spun on camera (and with the aid of what would today be described as CGI or AI) better than Julie did, I grant you. And was also more "top heavy." Nothing wrong with that.

But Julie was also a dancer and could really do it. Dunno about Lynda. If you DO know...let me know. Always willing to learn, particularly on this subject.

Well,

Front came through. While Wichita got some hail on the west side, our town to the east just had about an inch of rain and no hail or wind. should be quiet the remainder of the night looking at the radar. The BIL a hundred miles east has 3" of rain thus far and no wind or hail. could have been much worse. Waiting to see what comes up from Oklahoma, but my immediate area looks to be clear.

Maybe an inch or two max of snow here on the front range. Fine powder, so not nearly enough water content. Sun melting it even now.

The American west, and particularly our southwest has been drying up for 5000 odd years now. Part of why the Anasazi left Mesa Verde a thousand years ago. But it was only 11,000 years ago that this same region was mired at the southern edge of the most recent Ice Age.

Personally I think it has less to do with solar cycles than with travels of our entire solar system though the dust clouds of interstellar space. Get a few percentage points of dust between our earth and our sun and it effectively gets colder. Take them away and it warms up.

Just my own theory though.

Re, Bubbles Cash: There is a relatively famous pic of her descending the 50 yard-line stairs at a Dallas Cowboys game. She's wearing a plaid jacket and skirt combo...and she's carrying two large pink Cotton Candy canes, one in each hand. She has a huge smile on her face, as do so many people sitting in the stands on both sides of the aisle watching her step down, one after the other.

It's rumored that...Tex Schramm (I think), the then owner of the Cowboys looked across the field at her and said "That's what we need. More sex!"

And thus the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders were born. (post photo...ok, not plaid. Polka dots. Still works for me.)

Good evening all!

Just kind of sitting around waiting for the storms to develop. I know something is coming because the dog started pacing around
4pm. She is a pretty accurate storm predictor! much better than the so called professionals. looks like the most severe storms will
stay to the north and south of us but we are still in a tornado watch zone till 8pm.

Seems like a good night to head to the basement and do something productive.

Have a safe rest of your night.

As was Yvonne Craig, green girl in the psycho Star Trek episode. She was also a batgirl.

Take the dog down with you?

I'll put my vote in or Sophia Loren. I always liked older women.
So did I. My girlfriend before Emiko was a Nursing aide. Also twenty six.
My LAST lady friend, who I didn't ask to marry me said "I needed to grow up."
Yeah, still probably. But I was fifty-four then, am sixty-five now...and when you go on Medicare, if you haven't already grown up by then? It just isn't gonna happen.
So it hasn't. And apparantly won't. 🤣
