Does anyone know what size rubber bands work for driving the rotary "fan" on the Athearn Blue Box Rotary Snow Plow? I tried some small bands from my daughter's bracelet craft kit, but they were too tight and caused the wheels to lock up when the plow was being pushed.
Thanks!
Try this. I needed traction tires for an older locomotive for my grandson's trains. Picked up an O ring assortment at Dollar Tree and matched up. if you try these for the rotary drive and they don't work you are only out $1.25

Aha, that’s what those are from!
Don’t know where they came from but I have a bunch in my tool drawer, been using them to bundle styrene and dowels.
