I am trying to set up a programing track with a Digitrax Empie Builder, having trouble. My booster does not have "Prog A or Prog B" on it. All I have is "cofig a and config b" are these the same? Anyone have a diagram? Thanks...............
All that information is in the DB150 manual that should have come with the system. If by chance it wasn't, you can download it for free from Digitrax's website. But you need to read the manual. Here is the link to the website.

Go to the first bar, choose the Super Empire Builder, and click on the GO button next to it. Since the SEB uses the DB150, the instructions will be the same for the earlier versions of the Empire Builder.
The "config A", and "config B" terminals are for setting up the DB150 to do other things. The terminals that say "Rail A" and "Rail B" are also your terminals to the programing track. Since the DB150 cannot read CV's, and the rail terminals are also the programming terminals, you are in effect, programing on the main.
There is a diagram of how to set all this up in the manual. After you do what they say, you may not ever have to pick up the manual again.
