I have a Pennsylvania set of streamlined HO cars picked up during an estate disposal. An RPO, three 10/5 Pullman cars and an Observation car. Would that consist be a named train? Branch line or consist made up by the modeler? Thanks.

I doubt it. Name trains usually had baggage, Coach, diner of some sort of lounge or tavern, plus various sleeper types. You could use it as the beginning of one. A little research on Pennsy passenger trains would probably help you.
