Hi
The two train shops near me do not have these parts. They are "discontinued" at Kato.
I am missing the coupler covers on the old Kato NW2 Switcher I have. It is the center part in the photo below.
The part comes in Kato #953020 Coupler Set. HO.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jim

You might be better off, going to Kadees for couplers for your loco, if you check their website, they most likely do a conversion set for it.

Unless you have a lot of the hook/horn couplers on your rolling stock, I definitely would switch to Kaydee couplers. As Ronzzr11 said, there is undoubtedly a conversion kit available from Kaydee, or a fairly simple way of attaching the standard #5 coupler pockets to the locomotive. If your local hobby shops can't help you, you might want to post photos of the attachment points on the locomotive itself. That way some of us might be able to recommend how to attach the Kaydee couplers and draft gear.
