Anyone know what this is from. HO scale. I have been through dozens of instruction sheets on HO Seeker but came up empty... BL2, F Units? But what shell and by which manufacturer?
 
Here's an image of a Broadway Limited F-3.
You'll note that the part isn't exactly the same (no "lift rings" on yours):

So... I'm guessing from another manufacturer, perhaps Stewart or Bowser (don't know if they made F-3's)?
