Hi everyone, I have the MRC Prodigy Express DCC system and was wondering if it was possible to change CV's.

Yes,
Just hit the program button Once for the program track or twice for program on the main, hit enter, continue to hit enter until "CV#" type in the CV # hit enter then enter the value you would like, hit enter once to continue to change other CV's or twice to exit! That's it good luck!
 
It's surprising just how much your prodigy Express is capable of. It's right up there with the others, (Digitrax - NCE etc.). There is a MRC users group on Yahoo, that you might become interested in.
 


Thanks for the info guys, is it also possible to change a locomotives direction with this system so I could double head them while facing opposite directions?

Yes there is if you go to your decoder manufacture's website and check which cv's to change! You'll have to set up a consist for the loco's you want to use!
