This next item took me a long long long time to find! Yes I could have bought a boxcar and then the decal to place the Timken logo on it but I wanted the factory produced version! They only made one run of this. WP actually had these logos on their cars back in the day!

Well they will start out for me and as usual end up on FB to sell. Not sure when I will get to these.

I do have 10, 5 black and 5 white to do when I return from traveling on the 16th of June. I can post progress on those. He is a client who is ok with me posting before he gets them. I think these Scaletrains tankers are the best available. My second in rank are the Walthers Proto series tank cars. The nice feature about ST is the different car numbers they release. I think in the black on this run were 12 numbers.

I have not received weathering instructions from him yet as these were delivered direct from ST. He generally is a light medium tank car guy. Mainly fading to gray on the top 3/4’s of the car. There will some light rust around the fill dome areas and road grime splatter underneath.

4015 rolled in this past Thursday.......it will look good with the steamers I now have in the consist. Looking forward to getting that train put together at some point in the future. I also got the decals from Circus City Decals for the added Black UP Shield that the steam crew added during the excursion last summer. Apparently Athearn was already in production before they could catch this late addition on the decal.

I also got my wood chip hoppers in from Train World....all different road numbers. These hoppers are great and Walthers Mainline are more than acceptable for the details on these hoppers. I love the Greenville style hoppers vs. thos box style ones. I do have a few of those.

Good haul again James. I have been thinking about a few more wood chip cars
