I think so. I was actually looking at them a few minutes ago and boxed them back up for now after I noticed two SD45-2's, one SD45, two B23-7's and a SD40 on my bench
I know the CN is a EMD F45 and the undec look like a ALCO

Sold the Athearn Genesis SD70MAC Conrail and bought a Atlas Silver C40-8CW Conrail Quality that Ill add sound to one day soon. Got the MTH UP SD70ACe dcc ready version and put a non-sound decoder in it for now. Runs great.

Wish I would have caught you before I detailed this other undec one up, I would have swapped you for the NS one.
