I bought two Lionel 683173 signal bridge. I went to test them out to make sure they worked before I pack them back up. Both are doing the same thing. Lights green, when train passes goes red, but then the green light starts flickering so you end up getting both lights.
Anyone have suggestions to what I could be doing wrong, I'd appreciate it.

Never mind, I had to send the 2 I had back to Lionel, there was a design flaw with the signals.
