I like the green ones best, but the Christmas colours mean they will look good together, the dark pink one attractive in itself surely stands out like a sore thumb.

I like so many of them it would be hard to pick a favorite. Certainly, some are better than others. Like all things it is a matter of individual taste.

Thanks for putting that list together along with the pictures, Bruette! Earlier this year, I was looking for such information, but not having much luck without the time-consuming processing of searching for each year, one year at a time! That got old pretty quick. Thanks again!

Paul, you made my day! I had hoped it might help someone.

I compiled all this to provide a distraction to some of life's challenges. And it was an effective way to spend some time with my trains, something I don't get enough of. Even though there weren't any hands on with my trains going through my inventory and researching the rest was enjoyable. After all, Lionel's Christmas trains are some of my favorites.

Yep, it sure did help! An interesting situation for me popped up while looking at your list. Something puzzling was going on, when two of my Christmas cars didn't match what your list showed. I have a couple of Lionel Christmas cars that I really like (a 2003 and a 2006), but they are decorated completely different than what is shown on your list. But closer inspection all of a sudden showed me why - they are not just Lionel Christmas cars, but rather, Lionel Railroader Club Christmas cars!

I wonder how many years these cars have been made, and what they look like? Looks like another subject that might be worthy of researching and cataloging in the future as time permits! ;)👍
