I am wondering what red, green and yellow lights I can use for a lifelike signal bridge it seems to be about a eight inch wide and I would drill to a bigger size but the length has to be around a quarter inch any ideas guys? by the way if a Christmas light set is suggested I also need white lights on it. I also solved the Chicago l train issue just use a suitable looking engine from a swap meet and working of course and you can test them there also guys. I then painted with spray paint the appropriate colors and taped after drying and it looks very convincing and I am almost ready for a huge running session probably around December 15th with a lot of realistic operations and too many to list here.
Ho or N scale? Just judging from pictures I've seen on-line, the HO scale version looks like it might take a standard 3mm LED.

I'd say it's a 3mm as well. That's what id look into first.

Maybe it's just me but I would have expected a reply more along the lines of "thank you and yes it is HO"

Now that I was reading. You are right that is what you would expect as a response....oh well to each their own.
Its hard to know the true emotion behind a written response, so the benefit of the doubt is always given, at least by me any way.
