Klarr Locomotive Industries (KLIX), owned by Derrick Klarr, is a Utah-based company that focuses on the preservation and restoration of historic locomotives. They are known for acquiring and restoring locomotives, often returning them to their original appearances and locations, such as the "Big Sky Blue" Great Northern GP9 they helped return to Kalispell, Montana. KLIX also acquired two former New York & Great Northern locomotives, which are being restored and will be displayed at the Inland Northwest Railroad Museum.
