nGuru Train Layouts & Components
Hello everyone, and welcome.
This thread is not just for nScalers, there is stuff for those that have not been assimulated yet...
Our goal here at nGuru is to build turn-key, undecorated layouts, layout kits, and layout components for sale worldwide.
The main problem is, a finished layout can only be shipped if it is "modular everthing".
Everything.
Frame.
Modules.
Backdrop.
Even control panels.
Quite a chore...then add in 100% reliability required.
It demands precise fitting "everything".
To achieve this, we developed a new layout construction technique...we call it "Unibody Construction".
We have almost finished our first layout using this technique. She is '8 x '10, spanning 4 modules.
We will talk more about her later...
First, you need to hear about the techniques and products which are needed in the first place.
About our products:
1. You can make them, or you can buy them.
2. They are cheap to make...
3. We tell you how to do it, except for one or two things I keep to myself.
Note the pics contain text describing what is happening.
You may encounter a situation where they appear in a different order then I intended. In future pics, I may add a "page number" to each one...
