That's a really great looking build. Also looks familiar to me, the Woodland Scenics O'leary Dairy Distribution. I am in the process of kit bashing it into a freight station also. I had to blow out the wall in the front of the picture you posted and have to add a freight platform. I know it won't come out looking as good as yours. That building is a real good start for kit bashing.
