This video shows my Life Like GP-18 pulling a local load of freight through the industrial area of my layout. The pulp load is prototypical for my vicinity from 1940's all the way to the early 80's, when the larger side staked cars came into play. The early 40 foot gondolas hauled about 26 cords, and the newer flat cars with bulkheads and side stakes, piling the pulpwood/bolts parallel to the track, hauled about 35.
